My name is Pam Jones and I live in Richland, Washington (Tri-Cities). I’m a Certified Hypnotherapist and Therapeutic Imagery Master.
I’m passionate about helping people overcome obstacles holding them back from living an abundant, healthy, and happy life. Reprogram limiting beliefs in your subconscious mind with hypnosis, so that you have the confidence to pursue your dreams without the fear of failure and negative thoughts.
I do online hypnotherapy sessions and use a variety of methods with clients, which include hypnotherapy, therapeutic imagery, past life regression, and emotional freedom technique/tapping (EFT).
My hypnotherapy certifications and specialities include anxiety & fears, healing the inner child, sleep, weight loss, smoking cessation, and sports performance.

My Story
For most of my life I’ve been a dreamer. I have an incredible imagination and have used visualization to attract amazing opportunities and people into my life. My ability to use my “dreams” to change my life began at a very young age…and way before I understood that what I was doing was being studied by scientists as an actual phenomenon. It’s now well known that our beliefs shape our reality, and when you align your positive thoughts and emotions you will attract what you want.
In 2022, I decided to turn my passion for achieving dreams into a career and began hypnotherapy training at the prestigious Hypnosis Motivation Institute in Los Angeles. Hypnotherapy is a practice that allows you to change strongly embedded belief systems in your subconscious mind. This training has solidified my love for the mind-body connection and I want to help others overcome limiting beliefs and manifest their dream life. This is when Believing Mind Hypnotherapy was born!
I love to be productive and working towards my goals. I’m what you’d call a “type A” personality, who analyzes everything down to the last detail. This also means I have been known to bite off more than I can chew! While I’ve always been passionate about striving for greatness in my life, it took me a while to learn that balance is necessary. I recently began practicing Qigong, which is a form of moving meditation that balances my energy and helps me to get out of my “thinking mind”. This has opened up the world of meditation to me, which along with self-hypnosis, has helped me sleep better, improve my health, and manage my stress. Because I want to share this practice with others, I became a Satori Qigong Flow Form Certified Instructor.
When I’m not working, you’ll often find me taking long walks in the sunshine, exercising in my home gym, and reading every book I can get my hands on about manifesting, hypnotherapy, and energy healing.
